Brassic Ends Its Run with Tarantino-Inspired Last Episode

Joseph Gilgun and Danny Brocklehurst are bringing the curtain down on their comedy series about a tight-knit bunch of likable chancers causing chaos in a rural Lancashire town. You might expect the last episode to be a greatest hits victory lap of alcohol, substances, and playful theft. However, the atmosphere turns much more somber as Vinnie (Gilgun) and the gang hole up in a bar with criminal figure Davey MacDonagh for a climactic 50th episode apparently inspired by the filmmaker Quentin Tarantino.
